Search a name in Euro+Med — EUROMED_search • The 'florae' package for R

Searches a name in Euro+Med checklist (http://ww2.bgbm.org/EuroPlusMed/query.asp) returning all the results.

Usage

EUROMED_search(search.name, NameId = NULL, output = "normal")

Arguments

search.name: A character with a taxon name.
NameId: A character. Optionally the search can be conducted by Euro+Med NameId.
output: A character. Type of output, "normal" or "full".

Value

A single string reporting an error, or a matrix with the relevant Euro+Med fields (for output = "normal"), or a list with more comprehensive output (for output = "full").

Details

This is a global search in Euro+Med last version, returning all the relevant results.
