The lower level of the ArangoDocument

The function finds the immediate lower level ArangoDocument(s) to which the given taxon x points at.

Usage

get_lower_Adocs(x, florula.collection)

Arguments

x

An ArangoDocument corresponding to a taxon in a flora list.

florula.collection

An ArangoCollection containing a flora list.

Value

A list of ArangoDocuments corresponding to the immediate lower level of the given taxon x. The function returns NULL in the case that x corresponds to the 'form' rank or if no lower level is present in the flora list.

Details

The given ArangoDocument is expected to come from a flora list.
