The upper level of the ArangoDocument

The function finds the immediate upper level ArangoDocument to which the given taxon x points at.

Usage

get_upper_Adoc(x, florula.collection)

Arguments

x

An ArangoDocument corresponding to a taxon in a flora list.

florula.collection

An ArangoCollection containing a flora list.

Value

An ArangoDocument corresponding to the immediate upper level of the given taxon x or NULL in the case that the given taxon x belongs to the 'genus' rank.

Details

The given ArangoDocument is expected to come from a flora list.
